Constellation Energy (Now know as Constellation NewEnergy) is one of the largest utility companies in the United States. They are a Texas electricity provider but they also operate in many other states. These include: Connecticut, Delaware, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, Nebraska, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Wyoming and Washington D.C. In addition to electricity, they provide natural gas in many of these locations.
They have much broader scope than many other Texas electric companies. In addition to being a retail seller of electricity, they also provide services including energy consulting, energy generation, customer supply, transmission and distribution, and even mass marketing.
Constellation is a subsidiary of Exelon, one of the worlds largest and most influential energy companies.
