Just Energy is a large international utilities company. They sell energy products all over the world including Japan, Ireland, Germany, and much of North America. In Texas, the operate numerous retail electricity providers in addition to the Just Energy brand. These include Amigo Energy, Tara Energy, and Hudson Solar.
Founded in 1997, Just Energy is one of the oldest energy companies that operate in the Texas deregulated electricity marketplace. They operate out of Houston. The Houston Chronical named them the 2021 Best Electricity Company.
